Attention Span Test
Tap only the 7s for 2 minutes while the digits speed up. How long can you really stay focused?
How to play
- Digits flash in the center of the screen, one after another, nonstop.
- Tap only when you see a 7 (Space bar on PC). Let every other digit go by.
- Two minutes. It speeds up toward the end, and look-alike 1s and side flickers try to pull you off.

This free concentration test is a 2-minute browser game that checks how well you can sustain attention. Digits from 0 to 9 flash one at a time in the middle of the screen, and you tap (or press Space) only when a 7 appears, which is roughly one digit in five. The run has three 40-second stages: early on each digit stays up for 0.8 seconds, in the final stage only 0.5 seconds, the gaps become shorter and less regular, and look-alike 1s and flickers at the edges keep multiplying. Your focus score out of 100 weighs catching the 7s (35 points), not tapping other digits (25), reaction speed (15), steady reaction times (15) and how well you hold up in the last stage (10). Tapping everything or nothing drags the score down. You also see misses, wrong taps, average reaction time and accuracy per stage, and can send a challenge link to friends. Just for fun, not an ADHD or medical assessment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. How does this concentration test work?
A. Tap only when you see a 7 and let every other digit go by. Digits flash in the center for about 2 minutes across three stages that get faster, with more look-alike 1s and edge flickers toward the end. On a computer, use the Space bar instead of tapping.
Q. What is an average score on the focus test?
A. The estimated percentile treats 68 out of 100 as average: 80 is about the top 18% and 90 or higher about the top 5%. That curve is an assumption for fun, not measured player data. Grades are S from 90, A from 80, B from 65, C from 50 and D below that.
Q. How can I improve my concentration score?
A. Play when you are rested and with notifications muted. During the run, keep your eyes on the center, wait until you have actually read the digit and stay wary of 1s in the final stage, where look-alikes show up most. Outside the game, enough sleep and short breaks between tasks are the usual basics for better focus.
Q. Is this an ADHD test?
A. No. It is a free game based loosely on continuous performance tasks, made for fun and self-checking, and it cannot diagnose ADHD or anything else. If trouble concentrating is affecting your daily life, talk to a doctor or a specialist.
