A free times tables game: you get 60 seconds to answer as many multiplication questions as you can. Time Attack mixes questions from the 2 to 9 times tables at random; Drill mode sticks to one table and runs through ×2 to ×9 in order, then starts over. Type with the on-screen keypad or your keyboard — a correct answer brings up the next question instantly, and a wrong one simply clears with no penalty. Your score is the number of correct answers, and results go on a global leaderboard you can share as a challenge link. The game covers the 2–9 tables only; the 10, 11 and 12 times tables taught in many schools are not included.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Which times tables does the game cover?
A. The 2 to 9 times tables. Both numbers in every question are between 2 and 9, so the hardest one is 9 × 9 = 81; ×1, ×10, ×11 and ×12 are not included.
Q. What is the difference between Time Attack and Drill?
A. Time Attack picks random questions from all eight tables. Drill keeps you on one table and goes ×2 to ×9 in order, repeating until the time runs out. Both modes last 60 seconds.
Q. What happens if I type a wrong answer?
A. Nothing is deducted. Once you've typed as many digits as the correct answer has, a wrong entry is cleared and you try the same question again.
Q. What counts as a good score?
A. Results are split into four bands at 15, 30 and 45 correct answers in 60 seconds; 45 or more is the top band, Times Table Master.
