Eight fruits light up in order. Tap them back the same way as the sequence grows.

How to Play

  • Eight fruits light up one at a time, each with its own tone.
  • When 'Your Turn' appears, tap the fruits in the same order. 'Replay Sequence' shows it again, but you restart from the first fruit.
  • Each level keeps the same sequence and adds one random fruit to the end.
  • One wrong tap ends the game. Your record is the number of levels you clear.

Fruit Flash is a sequence memory game played on eight fruit buttons: apple, banana, grapes and watermelon on the top row, orange, cherries, pineapple and strawberry below. The fruits light up one at a time, each with its own tone, and when the "Your Turn" cue appears you tap them back in exactly the same order.

Level 1 is a single fruit. Every level after that keeps the same sequence and adds one random fruit to the end, so level 7 means remembering seven fruits in a row, and the same fruit can light up twice in a row. Each flash lasts about 0.3 seconds, with roughly 0.45 seconds from one fruit to the next. There is no time limit while you answer, and Replay Sequence shows the order again as often as you like, although your input then restarts from the first fruit. One wrong tap ends the game.

Your score is the number of levels you clear, which is also the longest sequence you repeated without a mistake. A miss on level 1 scores 0 and is not ranked. Two habits help: name each fruit silently as it lights up, and split long sequences into groups of three. The tones rise in pitch from the apple to the strawberry, so playing with sound on gives you a melody to follow as well. Compare results on the leaderboard or send a friend a challenge link.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. How do you play Fruit Flash?

    A. Watch the eight fruit buttons light up one by one, then tap them in the same order after the "Your Turn" cue. Each level adds one fruit to the end of the sequence, and one wrong tap ends the game.

  • Q. How is the score counted?

    A. Your score is the number of levels you clear, which equals the longest sequence you repeated correctly. Miss on level 6 and you have cleared five, so your result is Lv. 5; a miss on level 1 scores 0 and is not ranked.

  • Q. Is there a time limit, and can I see the sequence again?

    A. There is no time limit while you answer. Replay Sequence shows the order again as many times as you want, but your input starts over from the first fruit.

  • Q. How can I remember longer sequences?

    A. Name each fruit in your head as it lights up and group the sequence in threes. Each fruit also has its own pitch, rising from the apple to the strawberry, so the tune helps too.
