Giggleus Countdown Calculator answers "how many days until…?" and "how many days since…?" for any date. Pick a target date to get the days left (or days passed), its weekday, the span in weeks and months, and the number of weekdays (Monday to Friday) in between.

By default it counts the plain difference, so tomorrow is 1 day away. Turn on "Count today as a day" when the starting day itself should count as day 1 — tomorrow then shows 2 days. A second mode measures the days between any two dates, with or without both end dates. Quick picks jump to 100 days from today, one year from today or December 31.

Save up to 10 countdowns — exams, trips, deadlines, birthdays. They stay in this browser only, with no sign-up. Weekday counts skip Saturdays and Sundays but not public holidays.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q. How do I count the days until a date?

    A. Pick the date in "Days until / since". You instantly see how many days are left, plus the weekday, the span in weeks and months and the number of Monday-to-Friday days in between.

  • Q. Is today included in the count?

    A. Not by default: tomorrow counts as 1 day away. Turn on "Count today as a day" to add today, so tomorrow becomes 2 days and a past start date counts as day 1.

  • Q. Does the weekday count skip public holidays?

    A. No. It only skips Saturdays and Sundays, so subtract any public holidays in your country yourself.

  • Q. Where are my saved countdowns stored?

    A. In your browser only, up to 10 at a time. They are not synced, so another browser or device will not see them, and clearing site data removes them.
