📞 How to dial
From a mobile: press + (hold the 0 key), then 7 and the number without its domestic trunk prefix (usually a leading 0). From a landline: replace + with your exit code — 011 from the US and Canada, 00 from the UK and most of Europe, 0011 from Australia. +7 is shared by Russia and Kazakhstan. Their domestic long-distance prefix is 8, so after +7 drop the 8 rather than a 0. The ITU has also allocated +997 to Kazakhstan and a gradual switch has been announced, so check with your carrier.
